- Germany: Free shipping with tracking (DHL Kleinpaket, 1-3 working days)
- EU & worldwide: Free standard shipping without tracking, or premium shipping with tracking for just €2.90
- USA: Sent by letter at the buyer's risk (see below)

We ship to most countries worldwide – including Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore and the UAE.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA
Please note: USA shipments are sent by letter at the buyer's risk.
Due to current customs and shipping regulations, we ship to the USA only by Deutsche Post letter post. Letter shipments may be rejected or delayed by US customs – we're unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery for shipments to the USA.
We recommend the Premium option with tracking so you can follow your shipment at any time.

⏱️ Processing time
Because every piece is made just for you, we need 1-2 working days of production time at our studio in Bad Laasphe before shipping.
During public holidays and promotional periods (e.g. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Black Friday), processing can take an extra 1-3 working days.
📧 Shipping notification & tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our studio, you'll automatically receive an email. For shipments within Germany and the Premium option (international), the email includes a tracking number you can use to follow your parcel any time.
You can also check your status at any time on our Track Order page.
💶 Customs & import duties (outside the EU)
For orders to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, USA), customs and import fees may apply and are payable by the recipient. These are not included in the shipping price.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority in advance for any potential charges.
📦 Packaging
Every order is wrapped with care by Sophie herself:
