EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Laasio, we strive to make every piece of jewellery as unique and beautiful as the occasion it was bought for.
If you're not 100% happy with the piece you receive, we'd be glad to offer you an exchange within 30 days of purchase.
If your jewellery arrives damaged or isn't as you expected, please let us know straight away.
We'll do everything we can to resolve any issues. If you'd like to return or cancel a piece, please contact us at: sophie@laasio.de

EXCHANGE TERMS

New, unused Laasio products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds: refunds are only possible within 30 days of delivery.

CANCELLATION TERMS AT LAASIO

As soon as you place your order, we start working on your personalised piece right away.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service.

Cancellation requests are processed on the day we receive them. The refund will be credited to the account you used to make the purchase. It can take up to 7 business days from the day your refund is approved.

LAASIO reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Notifications of changes will be posted on this page.
