Order tracking – where is my order?
Here's how to track your LAASIO order in 4 simple steps:
📧 Step 1: Check your order confirmation
Right after you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation at the address you provided. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
🛠️ Step 2: Your order is being made
Because every LAASIO piece is made just for you, our production time is 1-3 working days. During this time we engrave and carefully wrap your piece in our studio in Bad Laasphe.
📦 Step 3: Shipping email with tracking
Once your parcel leaves our studio, we'll send a second email with your DHL tracking number. You can use it to track your parcel online.
🔍 Step 4: Track online
Just click the tracking link in your shipping email or enter your tracking number on the DHL website:
⏱️ Delivery times at a glance
- 🇩🇪 Germany: 1-3 working days
- 🇪🇺 EU (AT, CH, NL, BE, FR, IT, ES): 3-7 working days
- 🌍 Worldwide: 7-14 working days
These delivery times begin after the production time (1-3 working days). Most orders arrive within a week.
💰 Shipping costs
Free shipping worldwide – no minimum order value. For orders outside the EU, local customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after more than 5 working days, drop us a line at sophie@laasio.de with your order number. We'll look into it straight away.
